Mrs. V's Blog |
Hello again. As another Friday rolls around I'm sitting here wondering what to write. Not because we didn't do anything this week, but because I'm wondering what parents and kids want to see/hear. I'm looking for some feedback this week. I've heard from parents that they enjoy the blog posts. But I'd like to get some more specific feedback this week. I'd love it if you'd take the time to answer a few questions for me. You can either email your response, or post your response in the comment section. Either works for me.
1.Do you read the blog regularly? 2. Is there info you'd like to see in the blog that isn't there? 3. Do you have any suggestions for making it more useful to you? 4. Do your children read the blog? **Any feedback you have would be really appreciated! Thank you in advance! Email: [email protected] On another note- make sure you have your kids show you the videos about the robot pets we watched today (posted on Google Classroom). They are writing about some neat technology this week- some of the robot pets are quite weird! It certainly will make for some great conversation at the dinner table. Lastly- due to the lack of school the snowpants rule has been lifted. It looks like we may get snow Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, if we do, students will need the snowpants again! Thanks again for helping with this expectation. Have a great weekend!

I do read the post each week and so does my child. One thing I'd love is some kind of message about what they should be focusing on during the week - read more, classroom notes that we might need or any heads up that we need to know. One last thing would be a rose/thorn about the week - what was great and what the kids need to work on...

I often do read the blog but it may be some time after I receive it. If there are things I need to discuss with Kyle I will, but he himself does not usually read it. It contains some useful information that is not always relayed to me, so its nice to this as an option as well as having direct email with the teachers. Rule adjustments are beneficial to know as its often not something on their minds when they get home from school. Thank you for your dedication to the children.

I very much look forward to reading the blog every week. Brandon does not tell me much about his day so I like to hear some of what he is doing in your blog.

I LOVE your blog. I love the pictures and the quick snippets of what they are learning, working on and the news and announcements that pertain to such things as recess.
